Warranty repairs are FREE under Nokia’s 24 month manufacturers warranty

Fast Turnaround on Repairs – Most repair centers take up to 7 days turnaround, we can provide a 24 hour turnaround, even same day in some cases depending on parts availability and complexity of repair, if you ring in advance we can arrange and advise you on the time frame of your repair or arrange an appointment.

Software Upgrading – Update your handset to the latest available operator approved software.

Language Packages – Have extra language packages added to your handset. This service is not covered by manufacturer warranty and will incur a charge.

Mobile Refurb – Have your mobile phone looking like it was the day it came out of the box. Or change the colour of your existing handset, prices vary depending on handset.

Collection & Delivery Service – A collection and delivery service is available for retail outlets and corporate customers. Our service jeep will pick up and return your faulty handsets if you have a number of handsets needing repair. We can also arrange courier bags for you to return handsets to us.

Loan Phones – We can supply loan phones while your phone is in repair. There is a small deposit to be paid if you are availing of the loan phone service

2nd Opinions – Your handset could have been wrongly deemed physical/liquid damaged at another service centre, our Nokia trained offical technicians will give you a second opinion free of charge.
